Our Editorial Team
Jonathan Bailor, Editor-in-Chief
Jonathan Bailor is a DePauw University graduate (2005, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and the author of three books on nutrition science: “The Calorie Myth” (HarperCollins, 2014), “The Setpoint Diet” (Hachette Book Group, 2020), and “The Smarter Science of Slim” (Aavia Publishing).
“The Calorie Myth” reached #14 on the New York Times Advice, How-To & Miscellaneous bestseller list, as confirmed by DePauw University. According to his publisher, Hachette Book Group, Bailor has “collaborated with top scientists for more than 10 years, analyzing over 1,300 studies” related to nutrition and metabolism.
Before founding his health media company, Bailor worked as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, where he helped create Nike+ Kinect Training and Xbox Fitness. He has spoken at TEDx Tulane University, contributed to HuffPost, been featured on Thrive Global, and hosted “The SANE Show,” a syndicated health radio program.
